Shipping Restrictions

There is an agreement in place with certain brand/suppliers that we cannot ship/distance sell some of their products direct to a customer. This is to ensure that we as the ‘regionally appointed’ retailer, we are best placed to offer helpful advice, answer any queries and most importantly offer you a quality audio demonstration at our Preston showroom. We can also arrange a home trial too (by special arrangement).

Note – If you live locally to our showroom or within the region, we can proceed and complete your sale via these two easy options:

  1. Pay & Collect: You can pay and collect your order in person from our Preston Showroom.
  2. Pay & Delivery: We can arrange remote payment via Bank Transfer | Credit Card | BNPL with Klarna. Then we will arrange to hand deliver your order to your home, at a mutually convenient time (see below).

Free Delivery Conditions

  • Free delivery in person within 25 mile radius of our Preston showroom (PR4 0XG) on any products with enforced shipping restrictions. See our Webstore individual product pages, if this is applicable.
  • If you wish for a product to be installed while we are visiting your home, this can be arranged, price TBC dependant on products/system.
