Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped & delivered to you within 2-5 days. Apart from special orders, where we will advise on expected delivery date.

We notify you when your order has been shipped with a DPD tracking number. We only ship within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland).

Click & Collect

This service is available but please wait until we inform you that your order is ready to collect from our Preston showroom to ensure your visit does not clash with another customer audio demonstration.

Returns & Refund Policy

We will accept any returns providing the product is still sealed in original packaging and is not damaged. We will provide a 14 day return grace period. This will be extended to 28 days to cover Christmas gifting on all purchases between 1st – 24th December.

Note – any returns we will refund less a £19 fee to cover admin and outbound shipping costs. Any return shipping fees are to be covered at your own costs.

If you are returning a product due to defect/damage, we will provide the option to replace or we will offer a full refund. We will collect unit at our cost. Please message us to discuss further at [email protected]
